CPTI Management

The CPTI Management is composed of duly-elected directors. As provided for by the By-laws, an annual meeting of members is held on the last Saturday of April each year for the election of directors and other transactions which may be deemed proper, at a time and place fixed by the current Board of Directors or President. Written notice of the time and place of such meeting will be sent either personally or by mail to each member of record at his last known address, place of residence, or business, at least 30 days before the date of the meeting.

During the election, 5 qualified directors shall be elected by plurality vote, after which an organizational meeting will be held to elect the Chairman of the Board. An election of officers shall determine which director will occupy the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Auditor positions. These executive officers and board members shall hold office for a period of 1 year.

Mission of the CPTI Board of Directors

To effectively manage the business of CPTI in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, Condominium Act, Master Deed with Declaration of Restrictions, House Rules and Regulations:

  • by being leaders within our association in fostering knowledge of condominium living;
  • by taking action when necessary so that all owners will meet their responsibilities towards all others living within the CPTI community;
  • by ensuring, to the best of our abilities, that all board decisions made will protect the interests of all owners whenever possible;
  • by endeavoring to assist and promote friendly interaction with new owners, neighbors, and the large community within which we live; and
  • by keeping residents regularly informed of major board decisions, projects and events.

To provide owners, investors, neighbors, tenants, a safe and cleanplace to live in, aware of their rights and responsibilities, in the  achievement of the associations goals and aspirations through healthy cooperation and understanding.
