| We wish to inform you that having ascertained the existence of a quorum during the CPTI Annual Membership Meeting last April 29, 2017 held at the CPTI Roofdeck Multipurpose Hall at approximately 4pm, the following were elected members of the 2017 CPTI Board of Directors: |

| The above-mentioned board members held an Organizational Meeting last May 11, 2017 and elected the following officers of the 2017 CPTI BOD: |

Fire Safety Seminar and Fire Drill
A Fire Safety Seminar and Fire Drill was conducted by Cityland Pasong Tamo Inc. (CPTI) at Calle Estacion for its residents last September 30, 2017, from 9am until 12 noon. This activity was supervised and monitored by the Bureau of Fire Protection (Makati) personnel. Many unit owners and tenants were able to attend this worthwhile event. This activity aimed to create awareness and presence of mind for the residents in case of fire. The seminar was first conducted by the BFP personnel at the roofdeck of CPTI, followed by an actual demonstration at the premises outside the building. A building-wide fire drill was undertaken after the demonstration. Residents were appreciative of this project undertaken by the CPTI Management and Administration.
